Where I've been

I spent 17 years at Accenture. I started as an analyst and climbed to Partner. I worked with executives across industries from telecom, to financial services, to government.

After Accenture, I helped two startups from early stages through acquisition. I became a CIO, and a Vice President at multiple companies.

In 2021, I launched the coaching practice you're reading about now. I work with senior tech leaders one on one and in small groups.

What I see in the work

You took the hard road. You learned the tech cold. You delivered.

But you're not stuck because of what you don't know. You're stuck because the work you've done isn't being seen the way it should be. Technical skills got you this far. Visibility, presence, and judgment carry you to the next seat.

That gap is what I work on. Not through luck or politics. By building the leadership skills that make the seat inevitable.

How I work

I write a weekly newsletter for tech leaders. It's where most of my best thinking lives. Frameworks, lessons, war stories from three decades of work I would have given anything to read at the start.
